Kirehe VC exterior hitter Munyinya Mugisha has acquired his maiden senior nationwide workforce call-up after being named in Rwanda's provisional squad for the 2026 CAVB African Nations Championship.
The 19-year-old is amongst 21 gamers chosen by Rwanda males's nationwide volleyball workforce head coach Frédéric Guérin forward of the continental event.
Mugisha is the one member of Rwanda's squad from the 2025 CAVB U20 African Nations Volleyball Championship in Egypt to earn a spot within the senior provisional workforce, highlighting his fast rise by way of the nationwide ranks.
